Hypere operates a fully staffed NOC. The NOC assists with network monitoring, fault resolution, and various customer support enquires.
The NOC is open 24/7 on a rotating shift basis including on British national holidays.
Hypere's NOC is based out of London - Ensuring a 30 minute response time to incidents on site in our London facility. We have robust Service Level Agreements with our Facilities in Stockholm and San Francisco, combined with solid relations with on-site engineers, to ensure prompt fault resolution in sites that are not 24/7 staffed by our own team.
